Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. Use of the Latch app is required during your stay.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification are required. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
Property Access
- This unit is located on the 6th floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.
- Downloading and using the Latch App is required to access the unit, Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool during your stay.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes (defined as guests whose primary residence is within two hours of the rented property).
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- No pets allowed.
Fees and Payments
- Pack & Play and Highchair: GoodNight Stay has partnered with a baby equipment rental service. Please inquire if you'd like to take advantage of this amenity using our special link. Please note, this is an add-on and not included in your reservation.
Parking Information
- One dedicated parking spot is included. Additional parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Pool is open seasonally, typically between early spring and the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
- This year the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
- Luggage holding service: Complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period, subject to availability.
- The luggage holding service is available Monday - Sunday | 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
- Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs will not be accepted.
- Kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms are provided. Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set in each full bathroom includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, and 1 liner for trash can.
- Two paper towel rolls per kitchen and two rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom will be provided. Additional items cannot be provided as these are only to kick-start your stay.

- Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
- The unit includes smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, deadbolts, and first aid kit.
- Self check-in/check-out is available.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
Noise and Environmental Notes
- This building is adjacent to railroad tracks; some units may experience noise from passing trains. This unit is located at the front of the building, but train noise may be heard from the balcony or at the pool.
- The location is in downtown Nashville. Guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, construction, and individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. Urban settings may not be suitable for all guests.
